Kitten Pyramid

“If British psychedelia is your bag, this is your new favourite band” - The Independent

Kitten Pyramid began as a collective in 2010, the brainchild of singer-songwriter Scott Milligan and initially ranged from two to 20 members. In 2013 they released their debut album Uh-Oh!, followed by the EP High Five Scuba Dive, with Procol Harum’s late guitarist Dave Ball featuring on both releases (and as the Grim Reaper in the video for English Rosa).

In 2015 they caught the ear of 6Music presenter and performer Tom Robinson, who took them out on his UK tour. Kitten Pyramid launched Uh-Oh! with a tour of psychiatric hospitals, was the Guardian, and have featured in MOJO ★ ★ ★ ★, Classic Rock ★ ★ ★ ★ and Prog magazines, been Sunday Brunch’s Single Of The Week on Channel 4 and were termed “fittingly barking” and “Hunky Dory with a dash of Syd” for their marvellously left-of-field progressive pop.

Second album KOOZY!! was released in April 2021 recorded in Konk and Rockfield Studios. The band featured members of The Leisure Society. It garnered similar acclaim to the debut including over a million views of its title track on Facebook.

Their third album KIDDO (Dec 2022) was released alongside a short film of the same name, written by Milligan and dived into the subject of animal rights and the environment.

The album achieved its hat trick of ★ ★ ★ ★ from Classic Rock and winning Track of the Week, while the short film KIDDO premiered on YouTube horror channel Alter and Kitten Pyramid with over 100,000 views combined and is currently being screened at festivals all over the world including Hollywood at the end of September 2023.

Milligan and Brino are currently working on the fourth album JEDDAH, this time as a songwriting/producing collaboration.
